• The following Terms and Conditions
apply to the Gosford City and Wyong Shire Councils
Rainwater Tank Rebate Program. Before completing
and signing the rebate application form, you
should read these Terms and Conditions
carefully.
Application
- Any application for a Council rebate must
be submitted on an 'Application For Rainwater
Tank Rebate' form and must be approved by
Gosford City or Wyong Shire Council before
a rebate can be issued.
- The application form must be completed in
full and have copies of official receipts
for the purchase and installation of the rainwater
tank(s) attached.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a rebate, the applicant
must install a rainwater tank(s) that complies
with the following:
- must not be a condition of a development
consent to comply with Wyong Council’s
DCP 100, Gosford Council’s DCP 165 or
the State Government’s BASIX requirements.
Refund of rebate
- Applicants will be required to repay the
rebate if any of these Terms and Conditions
are found to have been breached in the first
five (5) years after installation of the rainwater
tank.
