What is IWCM?Integrated Water Cycle Management (IWCM) is a best practice approach to water utility strategic planning. The IWCM process seeks to take an integrated approach to the management of urban water services and includes consideration of water, sewerage and stormwater to meet community and environmental needs. Gosford City and Wyong Shire Councils have developed an IWCM strategy for their local government area within a Central Coast context. As part of the overall IWCM strategy, each Council has developed a separate IWCM sub-plan to fit within WaterPlan 2050. A document that links Gosford City and Wyong Shire Councils’ separate IWCM documents and WaterPlan 2050 was developed to complete the strategy. The Central Coast’s IWCM strategy therefore consists of the following documents:
